Moog Corporate Group’s Credit & Collections Team is looking for a Senior Treasury Associate!

 

In this role, you will be responsible for the reconciliation of the Credit & Collections general ledger accounts.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

 

·         Applying daily cash for systems that are handled in East Aurora. 

·         Investigating and resolving all disputes associated with cash application; forwarding any customer level issues to the appropriate collector. 

·         Keeping detailed notes in both written and electronic form on all activities, issues, conversations with the customer, and internal employees.

·         Assisting the Treasury Associate-cash applicator with the processing of miscellaneous invoices/credit memos. 

·         Assisting with the yearly account analysis for low end customers.

·         Monitoring the intercompany portfolio and distributing the manual invoices/credit memos associated with that portfolio. 

·         Maintaining the Invoice register/report and the Customer master file in the Credit & Collection software.

·         Credit and collection of a small portfolio of accounts and assisting the Credit & Collections Supervisor on various projects. 

 

You must meet the following requirements to be considered:

·         An Associate’s Degree in Business, plus four years of related experience.

·         Relevant experience must include a sound understanding of credit and collection principles. 

·         Solid PC skills, including MS Word, Excel, Access, and other internet applications.

·         Strong analytical skills with ability to effectively communicate.

·         The ability to work in a team environment with employees from various departments, as well as be a self-starter, are necessary.
