Job Summary

Moog Industrial Group are recruiting for a Scrum Master to be based at our site in Tewkesbury. You’ll be responsible for planning, organising and leading the CRM “Agile” team to achieve a high level of performance in delivering quality enhancements/ solutions for the CRM programme providing exceptional business value to the Industrial Group. This is an opportunity to join an industry leading business who are both forward thinking and proactive which means we’ll be looking for the same characteristics in you.

The Scrum Master provides the right balance of guidance, coaching and planning to help the CRM Development Team deliver with agility and predictability. Above all, the Scrum Master is a servant leader and coach for the CRM Development Team.

You’re likely to have previous experience in an agile environment and familiarity with the software development life cycle. With a development team based in India and a reporting line into the US your ability to work remotely and lead virtual teams will be key to your success in this role.


Key Expertise

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred in the computer science or engineering scope), or equivalent education plus relevant experience

  • Project Management or Agile certification from an industry recognized body

  • Experience with complex, enterprise projects that span countries including managing virtual teams is desirable

  • Familiarity and experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (365CE) is desirable

  • Ability to manage multiple activities and projects concurrently

  • Ability to coordinate and facilitate teaming, communication and collaboration across all Business and IT functions

  • Experience in Organizational Change Management is desirable

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable

  • Familiarity with programs such as Project, SharePoint Azure Dev-Ops and the Microsoft Office Suite
