Sales Administrator

Main responsibilities:

• Processing customer orders & follow-up with factory on shipments to ensure on-time delivery
• Checking prices and contracts against customer’s orders and factory pricing
• Processing invoices for all sales transactions
• Receiving of incoming goods
• Arranging for packing of goods weekly
• Handle shipping document (i.e. Proforma Invoice, Packing List) and liaise with shipping agent for incoming & outgoing shipments
• Assist in preparing and updating monthly sales data (backlogs and inventory)
• Assist in Inventory keeping & management
• Assist in LC shipment process


• Preferably GCE N Level and above

Work experience
• Minimum 2 years working experience involving in admin work and customer service

• Team players with strong initiative

Other skills, experiences or highly desirable qualifications
• High organizational skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time
• Ability to prioritize own workload
• Strong communication skills
• Well versed in ERP Tools
• An administrative or sales background
• Must be detail oriented
• Self-discipline in time management and task on time
