As a Lead Assembler, you will be a key player on a team that assembles medical devices that help improve patient care in hospitals.  

We have two shifts available:

1st shift is 6:00am to 2:30pm, the 2nd shift is 2:30pm to 11:00pm.  The 2nd shift Lead will need to train during the 1st shift hours of 6:00am to 2:30pm.

What you can expect to do in the role:
  • Assist manufacturing in the testing of current OEM products (validating procedures and products)
  • Assist with writing the documentation involved with testing and validation

    • Conduct complex Electronic test procedures

    • Provide Engineering assistance during training of production assemblers

    • Train production staff in new process techniques

    • Assist in electronic/mechanical issues and failures related to test and products

    • Record and help evaluate data

    • Maintain accurate records

    • Assist in the maintenance of test equipment in Production

    • Provide input on design of Electronic test Fixtures  

    • Perform PM and Calibration activities as assigned


    Minimum Qualifications:

    Associate’s degree (A.A) in Electronics Engineering or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

U.S. citizen or permanent resident status is required.
