Invoice-to-Pay Process Analyst

Located in East Aurora, NY, you will work cross-functionally and across several geographies to help transform how finance and accounting contributes to the organization.

Here’s a glimpse into the role of an Invoice-to-Pay Process Analyst…

• Utilize your accounting experience and understanding of Lean principles to help transform how we capture, match, pay and reconcile supplier invoices.

• Serve as a change agent that exemplifies Moog’s Culture & Philosophy and values relationships.

• Develop and apply your creative problem solving abilities.

• Willingness to solicit/provide feedback, be flexible and develop buy-in.

This role will responsible for…

• Supporting the Invoice-to-Pay value stream for a subset of Moog’s North American Operations. Activities include supporting receipt settlement a.k.a. 3-Way Match, processing invoices, processing payments, recording financial accruals/reversals and responding to AP inquires.

• Maintaining supplier master data such banking, tax and regulatory information.

• Participate in continuous improvement projects.

• Learning and applying Lean skills – e.g. learning to identify and reduce/eliminate waste

A qualified candidate should have the following experience…

• Associate’s Degree and at least four years of relevant experience is required or 8 years relevant experience. Experience in a manufacturing environment is highly desired.

• Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP, experience with Tier 1 ERP systems (Oracle or SAP) is desired.

• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills; comfort with technology.

• Strong communication skills in the form of written, verbal and formal presentation.
