Here is what you can expect in this role:

  

We’re looking for an innovative individual to fill the position of Industrial Engineer.  This position will be responsible to perform cost analysis of manufacturing data within an LN ERP environment and evaluate standard process efficiency.  Additional responsibilities will include aiding in cycle time updates, facilitation of new for cost reduction and production efficiency, and other duties as assigned.  The incumbent is expected to create and maintain best practices with a focus to prepare analyses of actual vs. budget hours, recommend general operating practices to improve efficiencies, and participate on cross-functional teams.  A successful candidate should have excellent analytical and project management skills, an understanding of manufacturing business processes and capacity planning, with the ability to work in a collaborative team-oriented environment. 


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering
  • Experience with continuous improvement tools, cost improvements, removing bottlenecks, and root-cause analysis

  • An understanding of Microsoft Office

  • Skills in interacting and communicating at all organizational levels

  • Outstanding attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills

  • Excellent time management, written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Requirements:

  • A minimum of (2) two years of equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge of ERP Systems and an understanding of constructing a Bill of Material and Routers in MRP environment

  • Proficient in SQL or relational database management system

  • Advanced MS Excel skills including pivot tables, vlookups, and charts
