This Software Algorithm Design Engineer opportunity is vital to our continued growth and success at our Melbourne, Florida site.  You’ll participate in the design, development, and test of image processing systems for the military, law enforcement and surveillance markets. 


What you can expect day-to-day:
  • Software Algorithm Design Engineer working on real-time video and image processing applications.

  • Working with a team of hardware and software engineers on system level design and development.

  • Participating in software implementation, integration and production verification.

 

What you’ll need to bring with you:

  • B.S. or M.S. Degree in Electrical, Computer or Software Engineering from an accredited College or University.
  • Proficiency in image processing and algorithm design.
  • Experience with software design and development techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain a secret security clearance.

*Proficiency in algorithm design using MATLAB a plus as well as experience with software design and implementation in C/C++.
