Job Summary


Moog is looking to recruit two Engineering Graduates on to our Graduate Excellence Programme at our site in Tewkesbury to start in October 2020. If you’re looking for a Graduate Scheme within a forward thinking, innovative engineering company then this is the role for you!

From day one, you will be assigned to a particular department and will be guided through the various placement opportunities that exist within your function and the wider business this will ensure that you are ready and experienced enough to take the next step of your career following the programme's conclusion.

Moog work at the cutting-edge of engineering technology providing flight critical components for the world’s largest programmes from Airbus A350 through to the F35 Joint Strike Fighter. You’ll get the chance to work on Commercial and Military programmes with technology that pushes boundaries.

Experience/ Qualifications required

  • Qualified to degree level degree (or equivalent) in a subject such as Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics or Aeronautical Engineering
  • Interested in developing a technical career within Engineering
  • Articulate, both written and verbally
  • Good communication skills and able to interact with people at all levels
  • Team player, self-motivated, methodical in approach, quick to learn and able to work under pressure and to tight timescales
  • You should be accurate & "tidy" in your work
  • You must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrable experience in practical problem solving
  • A genuine interest in Aerospace
