As Associate Program Manager in our Commercial Aftermarket Aircraft sector, you will be responsible for managing multiple retrofit programs grouped by customer, geographic location or product line technology. These programs are typically large, complex dynamic programs with approximately $1- $3 million in combined program value. In this highly viable role, you’ll have an impact on the bottom line and serves as the primary communication link between the Customer and Moog. 

 
Here’s what you’ll work on:
  • Coordinate all retrofit program activities for all sustainment and fleet support
  • Single point contact for the customer and, therefore, must be capable of conversing with the customer regarding any aspect of the program: fleet support plans, delivery plans and pricing support
  • Ensure compliance with retrofit contract requirements through coordination and management
  • Achieve program / project objectives through effective application of program management principles within the confines of scope schedule and budget defined by the program / project sponsor
  • Ensure proper coordination between all program elements by developing project plans and schedules and to ensure compliance with program plans by monitoring the status of cost, schedule and task completion
  • Achieve timely resolution of outstanding issues through the conductance of effective day-to-day communications with the customer, Moog management, and Moog functional organizations
  • Optimize the program/project likelihood of success through the appropriate application of the following processes: Project Planning; Project Monitoring

Here's what you'll need to be considered for this exciting opportunity: 

  • Bachelor’s in a business or technical field, preferably Engineering or equivalent through job experience
  • At least 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Ability to lead, organize, and influence people through outstanding communication and facilitation skills
